📌 No Returns or Refunds on Apparel & Drinkware

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on apparel and drinkware. Here’s why:

🛠️ Handmade & Made-to-Order: Each piece is made specifically for you as soon as your order is placed. This means we order inventory for your apparel and create your item by hand.

📦 Final Sale Policy: By placing your order, you acknowledge that all sales are final and agree to these terms regarding production. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to continue offering high-quality, faith-inspired designs.

🚨 Order Changes & Cancellations: Once your order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it, as production begins immediately. Please double-check your selections before confirming your order.

 

📌 Digital Products – Non-Refundable

All digital downloads (e-books, PDF guides, and other downloadable content) are final sale and non-refundable.

💌 Instant Delivery: Once purchased, digital products are automatically sent to your email, making them non-returnable.

📌 Returns for Anointing Oil & Highlighters

We accept returns for Anointing Oil and Highlighters under the following conditions:

Return Window: Must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

How to Request a Return:

2️⃣ Approval & Return Label: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

We carefully inspect and package every order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery:
