📌 Changing Shipping Address
We cannot change shipping addresses on orders that have already been placed.
Please ensure that all shipping and billing details are correct before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. If you need to change the address, you can contact us at contact@sparkoffaithllc.com, but please note that we cannot guarantee the change.
📌 What to Do if Your Order is Returned to Sender
If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
If you receive an email that your order was returned to sender and you wish to cancel the order, you will be refunded the total amount minus the original shipping costs.
If you want to reship the returned order, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Please double-check that all shipping and billing information is accurate before making your purchase.
📌 International Shipping
Please allow extra processing and delivery time, as shipping times can vary based on destination and customs procedures. On average, international orders may take 10-20 business days for delivery after processing.
Please Note: All our products are listed and purchased in US dollars.
The customer is responsible for all duties and customs fees, which vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for information on duties, customs, taxes, etc.
📌 Free Shipping
Orders totaling $80 USD before tax and after discounts will have the option to choose “Free Shipping” during checkout. (Digital Products and Gift Cards do not contribute to the $80 minimum.)
Example 1: Your subtotal may be $85, but if you apply a 20% off coupon, it reduces your subtotal to $68, making you ineligible for Free Shipping.
Example 2: If your cart contains a total of $65 and a $20 Gift Card, the Gift Card does not count toward the $80 minimum, leaving you $15 short of qualifying for Free Shipping.
Example 3: Your cart total is $65, but $10 of that is the shipping charge. This means your subtotal is $75, falling $5 short of the minimum needed for Free Shipping.

At Spark of Faith, we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):
We ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), and delivery times depend on both processing and shipping:
Processing Time (Before Shipping)
Each item is prepared with care! See estimated processing times below:
• Apparel: 5-7 business days (handmade to order)
• Drinkware: 3 business days
• Anointing Oil & Highlighters: 2 business days
• Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email
During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may take longer. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays!
Shipping Time (After Processing)
Once your order is processed, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way!
